David Brook, D.C.

I am a husband, a father to two girls, a son, and a friend.  I share ownership of the Warren Chiropractic Care Center with my wife, Dr. Verlynn Kleppe.  I have been a Chiropractor for 18 years.  As a Chiropractor, I strive to help people express who they are by addressing how they feel.

To make this happen, I help people embrace that the body is Self Healing and Self Regulating and health flows from above down and is expressed from the inside out.  It is then up to them to provide it with Positive Thoughts, Laughter, Clean Food, Purposeful Exercise and Chiropractic Health Care.

This is the solution to the issues in health care: a grass roots effort to help people lift them selves out life style based health problems with a team of experts who care more, work harder and do it affordably.

Two of my favorite quotes that I believe should be committed to memory are:

“Do not try to be the best in the world, be the best for the world”  Robin Sharma

“If not Now, when?  If not Me, who?”  Unknown

Verlynn Kleppe, D.C.

Dr. Verlynn Kleppe graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  Additionally, she is also a certified group cycle instructor.

Dr. Kleppe has the following to say about her work at Whole Health Chiropractic Center:

"I decided to specialize in exercise because of the needs I saw.

1) For teaching people how to help themselves actively eliminate and prevent pain

2) Identify and correct faulty movement patterns, function and imbalances

3) Teach people of all levels how to safely and effectively exercise

4) Motivate and inspire clients to enjoy exercise and incorporate it into their lives

I really enjoy working with athletes, both helping them recover from injuries and improve performance.  But what I have really come to love is helping the people who have never exercised on a regular basis.

Many have tried, lost interest, gotten injured, given up because they didn’thave the knowledge, motivation and support they needed.  I love seeing them master good form and movement patterns, gain muscle, lose fat, build endurance, but mostly build confidence, learn to enjoy exercise and incorporate it into their new healthy lifestyle.

The only thing more rewarding than hearing “you guys have changed my life” is 'you guys have saved my life'.  That is the reason I love the work we do at Whole Health Chiropractic Center."

Megan Minich, CHHC, MA, BS

I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer and have a BS in Entrepreneurship and a MA in Integrative Marketing Communications.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHHC) I work with individuals to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle for themselves and their families. I teach women and men – like you – to take responsibility for their health into their own hands. I provide individualized plans with the support, information, encouragement and motivation to break free of chronic inflammation and bad habits, including sugar addiction.

Through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I am trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and study a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.  Drawing on this knowledge, I am able to help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Tory Sanden, LMT

Tory Sanden is our Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Whole Health Chiropractic Center.  She received her education through Great Lakes Institute.

From the first day of massage school, she wanted to work in a Chiropractor's office or with a Physical Therapist... and here she is!  Here is what Tory has to say about serving as a LMT:

"I love hearing when I've made a difference in how someone feels, physically or emotionally. Whether it is the state of relaxation that they feel afterwards, or that they can move better, it brings me joy to know I have made a difference in someone's life.
I work with Hospice of Warren County, servings as a massage therapist tothe patients as well as their family members. So many people underestimate the power of touch, and how important it is for your health."

Tory lives in Lander, PA.  She loves spending time with family and friends, going anywhere in her Jeep and wrangling her adorable black lab, Wrangler Levi.

Lindsay Freeborough

My name is Lindsay and I am Dr. Brook’s assistant here at WHCC. I am from Warren, PA, and enjoy working in my home town to create a healthier community!

I decided to take time off of college because I was undecided and found this job about a year ago. I have always been interested in wellness and healthy living.  This job means a lot more to me than just working because I love to apply what I learn here to my everyday life!

Not really knowing what Chiropractic care was, this job has unleashed a whole new way of healing for me, which I now love and highly recommend! Between receiving Chiropractic care, Personal Training and Health Coaching here, it has definitely changed my life for the better.

In my free time, I enjoy kayaking, spending time with family and friends and traveling as much as possible! I look forward to meeting you soon at Whole Health Chiropractic Center!
